Anyone that goes outside at night, especially when you’re under a dark sky looks up in total awe of the night sky, there are countless stars and the absolute beauty is something you just don’t get tired of. I remember going outside with my dad and we’d spend time just looking up at the stars, finding constellations & looking for meteorites. Now I go outside with my daughter and we share that same night sky with no less awe and wonder then I did when I was a child.
Let’s just think about it… this is something you and I have seen literally thousands of times, the same night sky, the same stars and even now as an adult I find myself just standing there, speechless staring at the heavens above in complete awe, bewildered and unable to grasp the expanse and size and beauty of what I’m looking at. And I can’t help but think of Gensis 1:16
And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

Knowing that God was able to create all the beauty we see above us and around us gives me a real sense of comfort… certainly that issue you’re having with a co-worker or the struggles you’re facing at home… certainly those pale in comparison to something as grand as the universe around us.
